The rule, plainly
A failed check never removes access. Entitlement is cached on the phone and honoured for 60 days offline; after that, Pro features quietly step back to the free tier — but the statutory checklists, the logbook and MOB, fire and flooding procedures stay open forever, verified or not, subscribed or not.
