How we handle your information

Who we are
ProSail Navigation and ProSail Passage are run by MuMu Media Ltd, which is the data controller for the information described here. You can contact us about privacy at support@mumumedia.co.uk.
What we collect
When you register for a founding place we collect:
- your email address;
- the plan you chose and, for a club pilot, the club or team name if you give one;
- which product page you registered on, and how you reached it (the previous page and any campaign tag in the link).
We also count which buttons people press on these pages, for example "Founding offer". Those counts contain no personal information. These pages set no cookies.
Why we use it
We use your email only to contact you about ProSail founding places and test sessions for the product you registered for. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by registering. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we will remove your details.
Who can see it
Only the ProSail team. We do not sell or share your information. It is stored by our service providers, Neon (database, hosted in London) and Vercel (website hosting), who process it only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until the end of the 2027 founding programme, or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email support@mumumedia.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Online demos
The demo pages load fonts and code from third-party services (Google Fonts and unpkg), and the Navigation demo loads chart images from OpenStreetMap and OpenSeaMap. Those services receive your IP address when the demo loads. The demos collect no information about you.
